Our services include specialized information giving about current activities of prevention and therapy and referral to them; we DO NOT provide psycho-diagnosis or crisis intervention.
Privacy
Information will be treated confidently, in accordance with Directive CE/95/46 about protection of individuals and personal data processing and free circulation of it, transposed by Law no. 677/2001 on the protection of personal data processing and free circulation of it, with subsequent amendments and the provisions of Directive 2002/58/EC concerning the personal data processing and privacy of electronic communications, transposed by Law no. 506/2004.
Personal information shall be disclosed:
- in case of involving an outside consultant
- in case of emergency
- at the request of legal authorities
- abuse or neglect
We do not provide diagnostic and treatment services or crisis intervention.
